If you mean he gives inspirational speeches when they are written for him and he can read them off the teleprompter that is true. His actual debate performance is Very much below that as h stumbles and attempts to explain himself.
Also, if you follow thee rules of actual debate (Lincoln- Douglas) where it matters that you address a question and provide actual material he has lost every debate he has yet been in this political season.
However, he looks good on TV and that will help him overcome say nothing of substance in debates.

You must have missed that debate where deal old Obama thought decisions were above his pay grade. I think he needs to be ready for a butt kicking when McCain gets him to meet again. Obama may have the media's heart but there are still Americans that want answers not photo ops.
John Edwards was a far better debater than any of the others, you see where that got him don't you, no where! Hillary Clinton was a gifted debater, she is not the nominee!
You do know Baracka can't use a teleprompter in a debate, right? Since Bush used earphones so Rove could prompt him, I doubt that will work again. He will have to resort to calling McCain a racist like he did with Clinton.
