It would depend on if the booker hated WWE or not. If they were on good or even neutral terms with WWE, of course team B would win. If they were on slightly worse terms, team B would win but they'd make it clear that it was only due to higher numbers. On the other hand, someone with an axe to grind would book team A to win. Unless it was a real match. Then team B.
